MEP Coordinators

We are looking for MEP Coordinators with minimum 4 year experience to oversee MEP projects including coordination and execution. With driving licence and transferable Iqama.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in MEP Coordination preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and applicable codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction
• Coordinate and manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. preferably in the construction projects.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with MEP design and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of MEP installations.
• Oversee the procurement of MEP equipment and materials, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of MEP installations and address any issues or concern
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
