MEP Manager

Our company is seeking an MEP Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to manage MEP projects, including planning, coordination and execution. A valid driving license and a transferable Iqama are required.

• Ensure MEP designs meet project requirements and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement necessary actions to mitigate them.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP management or supervision, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation practices, and relevant codes and standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems, providing technical guidance and solutions to the site team.
• Maintain accurate records of MEP activities, including installation schedules, inspection reports, and change orders.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.
