MEP Site Supervisor

We are looking for MEP site supervisor with minimum 4 year experience to oversee MEP projects including coordination and execution. With driving licence and transferable Iqama.


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in the construction industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and applicable codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction
• Supervise and manage MEP activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of MEP works.
• Monitor installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (HVAC, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, etc.).
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to verify accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during construction and maintenance phases.
• Ensure that the team follows all health and safety guidelines during project execution.
• Assist in scheduling, procurement of materials, and workforce allocation for MEP works.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management on MEP activities.
