Civil Project Manager With Minimum 5 Year Experience

We are looking for Civil Project Manager with minimum 5 year experience With driving licence and transferable Iqama.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria.
• Oversee all civil engineering aspects of the project, including infrastructure development, utilities, and other civil works.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage landscape elements of the project, including green spaces, hardscapes, and environmental considerations.
• Collaborate with landscape architects and environmental specialists to enhance project sustainability.
• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, including civil engineers, landscape architects, and other professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective cost control and resource optimization.
• Monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify potential risks associated with civil and landscape aspects of the project.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with the risk management team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure effective communication to address concerns and maintain alignment with project goals.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes for civil and landscape works.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Identify critical path items and implement strategies to avoid delays
• Work closely with the Contracts Engineer to administer contracts, review contractor performance, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Manage the issuance of change orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Integrate environmentally sustainable practices into the project.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestone.
