A sous chef position is available for an international high end cafe/restaurant.
Requirements:
* 3 year past experience in managerial position at high end F&B establishment (head chef or sous chef nothing less).
* Transferable iqama and willing to start in 1 month period max.
* A food diploma is highly recommended.
Skills required:
* Keeping kitchen hygiene at highest level of standards.
* Training junior staff members.
* Managing food cost.
* Maintaining Food quality and running smooth kitchen.
