Job description for freezer technician:
1. Diploma/Certificate in refrigeration and Air conditioning 2. Minimum 5 years experience in low temperature system /freezer unit -20 to -40 Deg. C with semi hermetic compressors like bitzer, Copland, frascold .
3. Operation of the system and trouble shooting
4. Defrost system - hot gas, & Electrical , configuration of controller like Dixcel , Eliwel, Sub-Zero etc.
5. Understanding of different refrigerant like R-22, R134a, R404a, R407 and other common refrigerants
6. Compressor safety cut out wiring and setting
7. Control wiring of refrigeration system , compressor motor split winding termination 220/380 V
8 . gas and oil charging
