Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Manager to manage our hotel operations during the night shift. You will be responsible for leading the night team, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee Night Operations: Manage all night activities, including the front office, concierge, bell desk, and guest services.
•Guest Service: Welcome guests, handle any questions or concerns, and ensure all guests receive top-notch service.
•Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the night staff, ensuring they follow hotel standards and provide great service.
•Safety & Security: Maintain safety and handle any emergencies during the night.
•Night Audit & Reporting: Complete night reports and ensure all financial procedures are done correctly.
•VIP Guest Care: Ensure VIP guests have a special and memorable experience.
•Maintain Cleanliness: Make sure all areas are clean and well-maintained during the night shift.
•Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to the team and conduct daily briefings.
•Budget Management: Monitor expenses to stay within budget and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
•Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
•2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
•Strong leadership and communication skills.
•Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
•Familiar with hotel management software.
