About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Guest Experience Manager to join our team! You’ll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay, handling feedback, and managing our hotel's online reputation.
This role involves working with the entire hotel team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage Guest Feedback: Monitor and respond to guest feedback quickly across all channels to ensure concerns are resolved.
•VIP Guest Management: Welcome and ensure VIP guests enjoy a top-notch experience.
•Improve Online Reputation: Develop strategies to boost positive reviews on sites like TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and Google Reviews.
•Collect In-House Feedback: Engage with guests during their stay to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
•Loyalty Program Management: Ensure loyalty program members receive their benefits and a memorable experience
•Handle Guest Issues: Address guest concerns and ensure quick resolution.
•Support Sustainability: Contribute to our sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications:
•Diploma or degree in hospitality.
•2-3 years of experience in a Guest Relations managerial role.
•Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
•Strong organizational, communication, and guest service skills.
