About Us:
The company is an international platform providing many services to individuals
and companies to work together worldwide in projects, finding suitable candidates to work
part time or full time and give opportunities to people to sell their ready-made products.

About The Role:
An online platform manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the
daily operations of an online platform, such as a website, Apps, e-commerce store, social
media channel, or digital service. His duties often include content management, user
engagement, platform maintenance, data analysis, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly
and meets user needs. He also collaborates with developers, designers, marketers, and
customer service teams to improve the platform's performance and user experience. The
Platform Manger will be responsible for running the platform effectively and communicate
with design company to make sure all features are included. He will be responsible for
maintaining the platform and resolve issues immediately. He will work with Marketing
companies to promote the platform worldwide. He will be responsible for generating
operational, financing, maintenance, customer service and call center reports. The Platform
Manger will be directly reporting to the platform owners.

Responsibilities:
The daily activities of a platform manager include the following tasks:
1. Monitoring Platform Performance: Checking website analytics, traffic, user engagement,
and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify any issues or opportunities for
improvement.
2. Content Management: Uploading, updating, and managing content such as blog posts,
product listings, images, or videos. Ensuring content is optimized for SEO and aligned with
brand guidelines.
3. Technical Maintenance: Coordinating with developers or IT teams to address technical
issues, perform updates, or ensure security protocols are in place.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing user data to understand behavior patterns and
creating reports on platform performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations
for improvements.
5. User Experience Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the platform’s user
interface (UI) and user experience (UX) by analyzing user behavior, conducting A/B tests, and
gathering feedback to enhance navigation, functionality, and design.
6. Technical Oversight: Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure platform
stability, security, and performance. This includes managing updates, bug fixes, and ensuring
the platform is mobile-friendly and responsive. Working with marketing, design, and sales
teams to launch new features, promotions, or campaigns on the platform
7. Customer Support and Engagement: Manage user interactions on the platform, including
responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer
satisfaction. This may also involve moderating forums or managing feedback systems.
8. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure the platform complies with legal standards,
privacy policies, and accessibility guidelines. Regularly test the platform to maintain quality
and resolve any issues promptly.
9. Payment gateway company: to review on daily basis the work and integration of the
payment gateway company with the platform and report immediately any issues or
concerns.

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum BS degree in IT or similar degree
• More than 10 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills
• English Language
• Work under pressure
• Negotiation skills
