Cost Estimator/Engineer With Minimum 5 Year Experience In Middle East Countries

We are looking for Cost Estimator/Engineer with minimum 5 year experience in Middle East Countries With driving licence and transferable Iqama.


* Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent
* Detailed Knowledge in MEP/BMS/Civil projects
* Proven experience as a Cost Estimator or similar role.
* Develops detailed and accurate quotation packages to be submitted to clients after studying the particularities of the case (feasibility, technical, financial, planning, etc.)
* Familiar with the processes involved in developing quotations (calculation methods, data combinations, budget preparation, cost analysis, planning preparation etc.)
* Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine the necessary materials, labor, and resources.
* Able to work with initiative and manage priorities.
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for various projects and operations.

* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information
* Review and analyze historical data to develop accurate cost estimates.
* Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in cost estimation.
* Prepare and present cost reports to management and stakeholders.
* Monitor project costs and provide updates on budget status.
* Ensure all cost estimates are accurate and comprehensive.
* Assist in the development of project budgets and financial forecasts.
* Review and validate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans
* Participate in project planning and scheduling meetings.
* Provide support in contract negotiations and procurement activities.
* Maintain detailed records of all cost estimates and related documentation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
