Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visually compelling designs for online content, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, PPC, and email campaigns to boost engagement and drive traffic to the website and other digital platforms.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to generate creative content (written, visual, and video) tailored for industrial and entrepreneurial audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and generate reports on KPIs to optimize future campaigns.
- Branding: Ensure all marketing materials reflect the company's branding and meet high-quality standards.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing and adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in industrial or entrepreneurial sectors.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.
