Job Summary:
This position is responsible for generating leads and building partnerships with educational institutions to identify and recruit potential students for study abroad programs. This role focuses on expanding the agency’s network, fostering relationships with schools, coaching centers, and universities, and driving student recruitment.
Important requirement:
Candidate to have a car and valid Saudi driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Actively identify and generate leads through networking, events, and digital marketing strategies.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective students interested in studying abroad.
2. Partnership Development:
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local schools, colleges, coaching centers, and universities to create a consistent lead source.
- Attend education fairs, workshops, and networking events to expand the agency’s reach.
3. Identifying Potential Students:
- Engage with potential students through outreach programs, presentations, and seminars to identify candidates interested in studying abroad.
- Work closely with educational institutions to gain access to students and increase brand visibility.
4. Market Expansion:
- Proactively explore new markets and opportunities to source potential students.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position the agency’s services effectively.
5. Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of leads, partnerships, and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation, partnerships, and recruitment efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in education.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and drive results.
