Asset Controller

Al Moallam Sons Company, one of the major contractors of Saudi Aramco located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia looking for a full time, experienced Asset Controller. The position is responsible for managing the Assets of the organization. The position must protect assets and monitor their depreciation. The Candidate should have the following qualification & Experience as well:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance / supply chain
2. 5-7 yr. experience in similar role
3. Ensures that users follow with identification standards for material types, processes, life-cycles, approval procedures, versions & formats.
4. Ensure that all item codes are created with proper approval.
5. Reviews and propose solution for all asset discrepancies.6. Analyzes all variation and makes recommendations to perform asset inventory.
6. Perform internal audits of the process.
7. Record acquisitions, expenditure or disposals of assets based on Costs, Benefits, Risks, Schedule, Priority.
8. Research trends and share industry specific best practices with Supply Chain Mngr. to debate and for implementation.
