Facilities Engineer

Al Moallam Sons Company, one of the major contractors of Saudi Aramco located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia looking for a full time, experienced Facilities Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment. He ensures that facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The role often involves managing a team of maintenance or janitorial staff, coordinating repairs, and liaising with contractors. The candidate must speak and understand Arabic Language. The Candidate should have also the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (required).
• 3-4 yr. experience in facilities maintenance role, including supervisory
experience.
• Oversee routine maintenance of buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, plumbing,
electrical).
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate repairs.
• Inspect facilities to identify issues and develop preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lead, train, and manage maintenance, janitorial, and security teams.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Track and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Plan and oversee small-scale renovation or construction projects.
• Track and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Maintain records related to facility management, maintenance activities, and safety
compliance.
• Following-up and collecting safety reports from vendor.
