The Electrical LV & MV Switchgear Manufacturing Production Supervisor Engineer is responsible for overseeing the production team in the manufacturing of electrical switchgear systems. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, quality assurance, and adherence to safety standards while mentoring and guiding team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the switchgear manufacturing process, ensuring timely and efficient production.
Manage and coordinate production schedules, resources, and workflows.
Implement quality control procedures to maintain product standards and compliance with industry regulations.
Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot production issues and facilitate problem-solving initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment between design and manufacturing processes.
Prepare reports on production metrics and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in switchgear manufacturing, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong understanding of electrical standards and manufacturing processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in production management software and electrical design tools.
