Procurement Coordinator

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to manage procurement activities for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating project costs, preparing quotations, sourcing suppliers, and managing the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the furniture or interior design industries.
Nationality: Indian, Sri Lankan, Fillipino
Gender: Any
Age: Bellow 30
Skills:
Strong knowledge of estimation techniques, cost control, and supplier management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
Documents Required:
Clear recent photograph.
Valid Iqama.

Responsibilities:

Analyze project specifications and prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and services.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
Monitor procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of required items.
Maintain accurate records of project costs, supplier information, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with the project and sales teams to ensure accurate budgeting and procurement.
