A leading Fit-Out Company is looking for motivated and skilled Site Engineers, Supervisors and Site Managers for their dynamic team. Company specialize in high-quality architectural and interior decoration projects, Retail Stores and Commercial Office works.


Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage on-site operations for interior fit-out projects.

Ensure timely execution of all site activities in accordance with the project plan.

Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Supervise the workforce, ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and handle issues as they arise.

Maintain project documentation and reports, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

Prepare or modify Clients drawings as per Site conditions and submit to clients for approvals.


Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Decoration, or a related field.

Proven experience in site management or fit-out projects.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to read and understand architectural and design plans.

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction.
