Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a B.Tech Degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate must have advanced proficiency in STADD PRO and ETABS software. Please note that a B.Tech degree is mandatory, and diploma holders need not apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, analyze, and manage structural and civil engineering projects using STADD PRO and ETABS.
Develop detailed project plans and oversee construction phases to ensure quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure structural integrity and compliance with design specifications.
Conduct structural analysis and prepare reports on design, material specifications, and project execution.
Perform on-site inspections to ensure projects meet industry and safety standards, along with Bahrain’s regulations.
Prepare and submit all required documentation, including engineering drawings, permits, and project reports.
Qualifications:
B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
7+ years of professional experience in civil engineering, specifically in structural design and analysis.
Advanced proficiency in STADD PRO and ETABS is essential.
Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and safety regulations in Bahrain.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication and project management skills.
