We are looking for Front office Receptionist for a contemporary hospitality property located in the Kingdom of Bahrain, committed to providing exceptional guest experiences and professional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and register guests upon arrival; manage check-in and check-out procedures.
Respond professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Handle reservations, telephone calls, and correspondence accurately.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and payments.
Candidate Requirements
Female applicants only.
Prior experience in Front Office or customer service roles within the hospitality sector preferred.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Presentable, professional appearance and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
