A leading company in Kingdom of Bahrain seeks to employ a House Keeping and Cleaning Supervisor.
Qualification:
+2 Or Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management/Facilities/ Hospitality
Experience - 5-7 yrs. minimum on the relevant or similar position
Should be able handle the operation team of 40-50
Have a valid Bahrain OR GCC Driving License
Job Responsibilities:
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written service oriented manner
Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
Manage and train housekeeping staff.
Inspect apartments and public areas, Swimming pools for cleanliness and maintenance.
Handle complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and linen/amenity control.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standards.
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
Conduct regular inspections
Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment inventory.
Prepare and submit housekeeping reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Handling the Pest control effectively
Coordinate and handle the responsibilities of Security & Watchman operations
