We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Arabic food restaurant. The role involves ensuring top-quality service, authentic food presentation, and a welcoming dining experience. The manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing schedules, controlling inventory, and driving efficiency to achieve operational and financial goals.

Requirements:

-Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (Arabic cuisine experience preferred)

-Strong leadership and team management skills

-Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

-Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources

-Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
