Requirements:
-Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (Arabic cuisine experience preferred)
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
-Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources
-Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
