* Able to create accurate, clear plans and detailed drawings based on information provided by engineers and customers.

* 4 + years of experience in the relevant field.

* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and construction teams.

* Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup
