Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning:
Install, configure, and test new instruments and control systems.
Assist with the commissioning and start-up of new equipment.
Maintenance & Calibration:
Perform routine maintenance and calibration on instrumentation and control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose and repair faults and malfunctions in instrumentation and control systems.
Replace or repair defective components and systems as necessary.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibration, and repair activities.
Prepare detailed reports on instrument performance and system issues.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all instrumentation and control systems comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
