We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Bakery team as Assistant Bakery Production Staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of bakery products such as cakes, sweets, and snacks.
- Follow recipes and production guidelines to ensure consistent quality and taste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Assist in packaging and labeling baked goods.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production targets.
- Operate bakery equipment and tools as trained.
- Ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards before they are displayed for sale.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience in baking or food production is required; training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle bakery equipment.
