Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, applying, and performing physical therapy programs designed to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability in patients. You will work to rehabilitate patients according to the established Physical Therapy program, ensuring high standards of care and effective treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans for patients.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and goals.
Apply therapeutic techniques to improve patient function and alleviate pain.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-care techniques.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree and licensure in Physical Therapy.
Proven experience in delivering effective physical therapy treatments.
