Document Control Processing:
Ensure that all existing document control procedures are followed as required by the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Distribution Manager.
Implement new document control procedures as and when needed by the Direct Manager.
Administration:
File Delivery documents in the assigned folders as hard copies and in the shared folder, ensuring that the tracking serial numbers are valid.
File all received shipment documents with related quality certificates and MOH permits.
Ensure that all documents needed for daily operations are available.
Ensure that all documents required for the audit are available to be sent to the concerned team.
