Civil Engineer

Job Overview:



We are looking for an innovative and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.



Key Responsibilities:



Project Management: Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain construction projects from conception to completion.
Site Investigations: Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.).
Risk Assessment: Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
Technical Expertise: Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Oversee and mentor staff, liaise with a variety of stakeholders, and ensure project requirements are met.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations, permits, and safety standards.
Documentation: Deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.


Qualifications:



Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 03-05 years prefer having experience with HCIS projects


Skills:



Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
Strong project management and supervision skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
