Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
• Create designs for printing, signage, vehicle branding, and marketing materials.
• Prepare artwork files for printing (CMYK, high-resolution, with crop marks/bleed).
• Work with clients to understand requirements and provide creative design solutions.
• Ensure color accuracy and quality before sending to print.
• Maintain and update design archives and templates.

Skills & Requirements:
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW (or similar).
• Strong understanding of printing requirements and file preparation.
• Creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in signage, branding, or advertising design preferred.

Plotter Operator

Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain plotter cutting machines (e.g., Mimaki, Roland).
• Handle vinyl cutting, sticker cutting, and preparation for installation.
• Load materials properly and ensure accurate cutting based on design files.
• Troubleshoot issues such as misalignment, crop mark detection, and blade wear.
• Perform routine maintenance of plotter (cleaning, blade replacement, calibration).
• Coordinate with designers and installers for smooth workflow.

Skills & Requirements:
• Experience in operating plotter/cutting machines.
• Basic knowledge of design software to read and adjust cut files.
• Attention to detail in cutting, weeding, and application preparation.
• Knowledge of different sticker/film/vinyl materials.
• Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
