Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
2. Proven experience in marketing roles within the contracting, rental, equipment, manpower, construction and oil and gas industry
3. Strong knowledge in construction, oil and gas industry trends and market dynamics
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
7. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software
8. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
9. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills


Roles and Responsibilities:

i. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services
ii. Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate leads
iii. Conduct market research to analyze competition and identify opportunities
iv. Create and manage marketing campaigns to increase our services visibility
v. Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective recruitment strategies
vi. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics
vii. Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management
viii. Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new marketing initiatives
ix. Attend meetings, events and conferences to network with potential clients
