Air Ticketing Expert (Experienced | Amadeus Knowledge Required)

Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Air Ticketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in air ticketing and a strong working knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system.

Nationality: Only Indian.
Location: Dammam,Seiko.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international flight bookings using Amadeus.
Issue, reissue, and cancel air tickets as per client.

Monitor and manage booking queues effectively.
Stay updated with airline policies, rules, and promotions.
Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in air ticketing.
Proficiency in Amadeus GDS system is a must.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Knowledge of IATA codes, fare calculations, and ticketing procedures.
