Job Opportunity: BIM Engineer ( Civil )

One of the leading construction company in Riyadh looking for BIM CIVIL Engineer with 5 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities:
• Report to the BIM Lead and Director
• Create precise 3D BIM models.
• Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from 3D BIM model.
• Take ownership of modeling, drawings and documentation production process
• Understand and implement industry wide BIM standards.
• Develop details and drawings from conceptual ideas and engineer’s sketches.
• Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards.
• Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design.
• Highlight potential problems and look for a solution.
• Interact with engineers, architects and clients to coordinate BIM modeling and drawings.
• Create 3D views or renders for project use or marketing purposes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM engineering with a focus on structural modeling.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of civil design principles and construction processes.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
