Business Develop, Marketing Supervisor and Marketing Assistant :


Skills:
1. High ability to deep search and know advanced tools.
2. High communication skills in a sophisticated language, as all those we deal with hold sensitive positions in major companies such as CEO, owner or board member.
3. Fluent in more than two languages, writing and speaking, one of which is English or Chinese.
4. High ability to follow up on project progress, correspondence and resolve crises.
5. Advanced negotiation skills and closing deals.
6. Advanced skills in online advertising campaigns with analysis.


Responsibilities:
1. Maintain marketing databases
2. Communicate with partners (email, phone)
3. Organize meetings with partners
4. Monitor exhibitions on our topic (healthcare)
5. Organize promotional activities (company’s participation in expos, conferences, presentations, etc.)
6. Organize promotional materials
7. Attend exhibitions
8. Maintain social media (post updates 2-3 times/week)
9. Compile statistical / market information
10. Assist CEO during partnership activities
A multi-tasking employee to bring companies to open headquarters in Saudi Arabia.


Requirements:
WordPress, Excel, PowerPoint, Email campaigns programs - better if had Photoshop, CRM, Trello
Good communication skills
Basic marketing & client relations skills


Total Salary:
From 5000 To 8000 Riyals (*Includes everything)
