Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong technical background to oversee the installation and maintenance of supermarket equipment across multiple petrol stations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage logistics, coordinate teams, and ensure efficient and timely installations. Additionally, this role requires handling reporting, scheduling long-term maintenance, managing spare parts inventory, and maintaining clear communication across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Management: Oversee the transportation of equipment from the warehouse to installation sites across Saudi Arabia.
- Team Coordination: Lead and manage installation teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance during installations, specifically for supermarket equipment such as fridges, ovens, and small food preparation items.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports on installation progress, challenges, and outcomes for internal and client review.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and manage a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all installed equipment, ensuring long-term operational efficiency.
- Spare Parts Management: Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, ensuring availability for immediate needs and future maintenance.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding project updates, team performance, and any issues that arise.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, specifically within equipment installation and maintenance.
- Strong technical background, ideally with hands-on experience in installing supermarket equipment (fridges, ovens, etc.).
- Excellent logistical skills, with a track record of managing complex, multi-site projects.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate teams across different locations.
- Proficient in generating detailed reports and analyzing data to drive improvements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia as required by project needs.

Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in the F&B sector or similar industries.
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and regulations.

Location:
The office location will be determined based on the project warehouse location, likely in Riyadh or another central location in Saudi Arabia.
