Position Title: Swimming Pool Lifeguard

Location: KSA


Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Swimming Pool Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all pool patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies. The ideal candidate will have excellent swimming skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Monitoring: Supervise swimming activities to ensure adherence to pool rules and prevent accidents.
- Emergency Response: React promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid, CPR, or rescue techniques as necessary.
- Patron Assistance: Provide information and assistance to pool users, including swimming instructions and water safety advice.
- Facility Inspection: Regularly inspect pool areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report all accidents, incidents, and unusual activities to the appropriate personnel.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other lifeguards and staff members to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

Qualifications:

- Certification: Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA, Ellis & Associates).
- First Aid & CPR: Current certification in First Aid and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers.
- Swimming Skills: Strong swimming ability and knowledge of various rescue techniques.
- Experience: Previous experience as a lifeguard preferred.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Vigilance: Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to swim 300 yards continuously.
- Ability to perform a timed event within 1 minute, 40 seconds.
- Ability to tread water for 2 minutes.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions:

- Outdoor and indoor pool environments.
- Exposure to various weather conditions.
- Weekend and holiday work may be required.
