Position Title: Lab Supervisor
Location: NEOM / Tabuk, Saudi Arabia
Reporting To: Lab Manager / CEO

Role Overview:
The Lab Supervisor will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, ensure compliance with testing procedures and standards (ASTM, BS, NEOM Schedule Q), manage technician teams, and maintain quality and safety in all testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise and coordinate soil, concrete, asphalt, and field testing activities
*Ensure all tests are performed per ASTM, BS, AASHTO, and NEOM standards
*Review test reports and maintain equipment calibration logs
*Conduct training sessions for lab and field technicians
*Coordinate with QA/QC Manager for NEOM audits and documentation
*Implement safety procedures and handle emergency protocols
*Ensure LIMS/reporting accuracy and manage material sampling & traceability

Qualifications:
*Diploma or Bachelor's in Material Engineering, MSc. Proffered
*Minimum 5+ years experience in civil lab testing (NEOM project experience preferred)
*Strong knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, BS standards
*Familiar with ISO 17025 practices and NEOM documentation requirements
*Proficiency in lab instruments (e.g., Marshall, compression, sieve shakers)
*Good communication, leadership, and report-writing skills

Preferred:
*NEOM-approved Lab Technician/Supervisor
*Familiarity with LIMS systems and digital reporting tools
*Arabic-speaking is an advantage
