we are looking for HR Operations & Payroll Coordinator with transferable iqama (Preferably Pakistani)
Role Description
This is a full-time role for HR Operations & Payroll Coordinator at Helping HR Solutions company located in Riyadh, with flexibility for some remote work also. The selected candidate will be responsible for payroll administration, managing garnishments, handling payroll , taxes, and processing payroll efficiently. Also responsible for SOP's implementations and trainings of employees as and when required. This role involves a mix of office-based work in Riyadh and remote work.
Required Qualifications
Payroll Administration, Garnishments, and Payroll Taxes skills
Attendance and Payroll Processing experience
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Employee terminations and personal files documentation
Experience with payroll software and systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Having knowledge of HRMS and HR ERP like Odoo will be preffered.
03 years experience in related field is required
