Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join our team and build a web and mobile application, This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining a cross-platform app to streamline job search and application processes for users. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Flutter and have a strong background in mobile app development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a cross-platform mobile app using Flutter for job seekers, including features for job search, application tracking, and user communication.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
Implement features such as user profiles, job listings, notifications, and messaging within the app.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both iOS and Android platforms.
Integrate with backend services and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
Test, debug, and optimize the app to ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter updates and industry trends to incorporate best practices and new features.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in mobile app development using Flutter.
Proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with job search or recruitment applications.
Familiarity with Firebase or other backend services.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
