الوصف الوظيفي: نحن نبحث عن أخصائي مطور أعمال مبدع ومتحمس للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مدينة الخبر. سيكون المسؤول عن تحديد وتطوير استراتيجيات الأعمال التي تساعد على تعزيز نمو الشركة وزيادة الإيرادات، مع الحصول على نسبة مئوية على كل مشروع يتم جلبه.
المسؤوليات:
• تحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة وتطوير العلاقات مع العملاء والشركاء الجدد.
• إعداد خطط العمل والمقترحات التجارية والعروض التقديمية.
• التفاوض مع العملاء والشركاء لإبرام العقود والصفقات التجارية.
• إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل البيانات لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص.
• التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة.
• تقديم تقارير دورية عن التقدم والنتائج المحققة.
المتطلبات:
• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال أو مجال مشابه.
• مهارات تفاوض واتصال ممتازة.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف.
• معرفة جيدة بسوق العمل المحلي والإقليمي.
