URGENTLY REQUIRED ACCOUNTS MANAGER

A well reputed company in Bahrain looking for Accounts Manager

-Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
-Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client objectives and business goals.
-Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions to enhance their success.
-Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the engagement.
-Generate reports and track key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
-Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
-Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and content preferences.
-Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms.
-Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media channels.
-Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
-Analyze social media data to identify trends and measure campaign performance.
-Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management and social media marketing
-Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
-Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
-Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
-Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
-Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
-Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
