Job Description

We are looking for Secretary receptionist with at least minimum 2 years experience. and must have real estate knowledge.

Job Descriptions.
Able to handle the agenda, plans appointments and meetings and Handles the phone calls, Manages correspondence, maintains records, and assists in various administrative tasks. They ensure efficient coordination and support to the team. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence like social media ads emails, letters, package etc.
Performs clerical and administration task including letter memos, Invoice report and other documents

excellent appearance , active , young and dynamic, good personality,

excellent communication skills, to join immediately,knowledge in MSoffice

Like to work as real estate consultant
