Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in [mention cuisine type: e.g., Continental, Asian, Fusion, etc.]
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to manage and train kitchen staff
- Good communication in English
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure quality, presentation, and consistency of dishes
- Monitor inventory and manage cost control
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
