Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our BMS auditing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Auditing Firm and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our auditing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the BMS auditing team with scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
- Maintain and update audit records, reports, and databases.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare audit materials, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment related to auditing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in auditing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
