Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee export and import services, meeting both customer and principal needs to achieve business goals and contribute to the overall budget.
Ensure continuous improvement of DUBAI/AUH operations and staff capabilities to meet current and future market demands.
Stay updated on national and international shipping and logistics trends to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.

Develop growth and profitability plans for future shipping activities, including roro, break bulk, container, and project cargo from the UAE.
Analyze customer contracts and data to create long-term and immediate business plans for approval by the Shipping Managers – AUH and UAE.

Represent the organization to strengthen business relationships with current and potential customers, and government agencies relevant to DUBAI/KSA operations.
Implement and monitor adherence to SILT GROUP operational, quality, and policies.

-Develop tailored sales strategies, identify and secure new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
-Build a strong client pipeline to maintain steady revenue and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
-Experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management in the freight, courier, logistics, or transportation industry.
-Strong network and experience working with high-profile clients across different sectors.
-Ensure seamless implementation of eCommerce and logistics solutions to meet UAE / KSA customers’ needs and requirements.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the shipping, cargo handling, and logistics industry, with strong knowledge of market conditions.
Familiar with Quality and HSSE Management Systems and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Skilled in market intelligence, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Proficient in office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational systems, with excellent communication skills in English.
Demonstrated leadership with a focus on safety, team management, and analytical problem-solving.
