Participating in setting and formulating the group's main objectives
Providing necessary advice regarding the financial impacts of marketing expenses on management decisions
Providing direction and leadership to all department employees to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the workflow, and ensuring all employees are aware of their primary roles within the department
Participating in setting the product pricing process for the group
Managing, controlling, and monitoring the workshop administration and the performance of the installation supervisor, and following up on customer satisfaction with supply and installation processes
Supervising and directing the preparation and issuance of branch-specific reports
Coordinating with managers of other support departments to facilitate the tasks of sales representatives
Reviewing the branch's executive plans, ensuring their implementation, and following up on them
Collaborating with the monitoring, auditing, and internal review departments, and providing them with the necessary information to perform their tasks according to approved procedures
Overseeing the execution of the group's annual budget items in accordance with the group's approved financial regulations
Monitoring the cash situation and customer indebtedness on a monthly basis
Preparing annual sales plans for the branch and submitting them to the general manager for approval
Participating in senior management meetings, providing opinions on results and decisions
Conducting annual performance evaluations for direct subordinates, reviewing the performance of department employees, ensuring they achieve department goals, and proposing adjustments to salaries, bonuses, and promotions based on employee performance
Preparing periodic reports on branch activities, performance, achievements, and recommendations for work improvement
Performing any other tasks assigned related to the nature of the work
