Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a BIM Coordinator Structure in Riyadh. The BIM Structure Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating BIM projects, working collaboratively with architects and engineers, managing building information modeling (BIM), and overseeing project management tasks.

Qualifications
BIM Coordination and Project Management skills
Experience in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor's degree in civil Engineering, or related field
Experience in the construction industry
Certifications in BIM-related software or technologies are a plus
Knowledge of Revit & Naviswork is must

Minimum experience - 5+years in Gulf countries (BIM Coordinator/BIM Modeler)
