Job Description:

Upgrade and new Projects Design review and approvals
 Transmittal and material inspection and approvals
 Witnessing and performing Testing and Commissioning of newly and upgraded systems
 Performing Site acceptance test for the newly and upgrade systems
 Calibration of fields instruments and analyzers
 Trouble shooting of field instruments/values issues and fixing it.
 Troubleshooting of DCS/PLC controllers, IO cards and modules
 Download of IO Cards/modules when replacing with new one due to soft and hard failures.
 Preparing reports for alarms, events and historian trends data
 Technical support to Operation and I&C maintenance team during any trips and T&I outages.
 DCS and PLC Logic reviews and download if any modification as required to perform as per TSD management approvals
 Backup and storing of DCS servers' data files on monthly basis
