About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to market and sell our software solution, our mobile-based QR & RFID-enabled asset and field operations tracking system. This role involves identifying leads, presenting the solution to industrial clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is experienced in industrial sales, software/SaaS, or technical solutions targeting sectors like oil & gas, manufacturing, logistics, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors (petrochemical, manufacturing, utilities, logistics, service providers, etc.)
Conduct client prospecting, cold calls, and follow-up emails
Develop a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and outbound campaigns
Qualify prospects and map client needs to ThermoTrack’s features
???? Product Presentation & Demos
Deliver compelling product demonstrations to decision-makers (maintenance heads, plant managers, IT teams)
Tailor pitches to highlight use cases such as inspection, asset tracking, logistics, and compliance
Address technical and business-related questions confidently
???? Client Relationship Management
Build long-term client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
Collect client feedback and communicate it to the product team
Assist with onboarding coordination between client and technical teams
???? Reporting & Sales Strategy
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Excel)
Share market intelligence, competitor feedback, and suggestions for product improvements
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field
Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in industrial software, SaaS, or asset/equipment services)
Strong understanding of industrial environments and workflows
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
Must be based in or willing to travel frequently across Saudi Arabia (especially Jubail, Dammam, Riyadh, and Eastern Province)
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling to petrochemical plants, utilities, EPC contractors, logistics, or maintenance service companies
Familiarity with CMMS, ERP (SAP), or industrial mobility tools
Understanding of QR and RFID technologies
Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama (for expats)
Compensation Package:
Basic Salary + Sales Commission (performance-based)
Company SIM, Laptop, and Travel Allowance
Training on ThermoTrack product
Annual Bonus based on KPIs
