Role Overview: As an AV Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, crafting tailored AV solutions, and supporting the sales team throughout the pre-sales process. You’ll collaborate with clients, sales representatives, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:
Engage with clients to understand their AV requirements, goals, and pain points.
Conduct needs assessments, site surveys, and feasibility studies.
Solution Design:
Develop customized AV solutions based on client specifications.
Create detailed system designs, including equipment selection, layout, and integration.
Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to identify the best products for each project.
Proposal Development:
Prepare comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and project timelines.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our AV solutions to clients.
Technical Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, AV technologies, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance to sales teams during client presentations and demonstrations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, project management, and installation teams to ensure seamless handoff from pre-sales to implementation.
Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Documentation:
Create detailed system documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
Assist in creating project proposals and RFP responses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in AV system design, integration, and pre-sales support.
Proficiency in AV software tools (AutoCAD, Visio, Ease, Modeler etc.).
Prepare Acoustic study to determine the number of speakers
Prepare the visual study to calculate the size of screen
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or equivalent.
Manufacturer-specific certifications (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Bose ,JBL).
