Job Description

Work experience: 1 to 2 years.

Industry experience: Any industry but preferred real estate, property management,
hospitality, travel, hotels, wealth management.

Language: Fluent Arabic and ability to communicate clearly in English but not necessarily fluent.

Skills, traits and attributes:
- Upfront communication skills, cutting edge listening skills, social skills, ability to build
rapport and maintain and retain client’s relationships. Time management skills, complaint.

- Handling, high awareness and risk awareness. High consideration and ability to empathize.

- Has emotional intelligence and energy. High discipline. A presentable person.

Computer skills: computer literate, very good Microsoft office, knows their way around the
internet.

Job description and responsibilities:
* Manage online, phone and in-person reservations
* Greet guests, and warmly welcome them upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Take payment from customers
* Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
* Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
* Work with other staff members to ensure that all serviced units meet applied standards
and accommodate any special client needs
* Arrange specialized services for VIP customers
* Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill
guest requests and address any issues during their stay.
* Up-sell / cross sell and promote services and amenities to guests, maximizing revenue
opportunities.
* Keep updated records of guest interactions and transactions, utilizing computer systems
and software effectively.
* Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to
provide recommendations and assistance to guests.
* Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate and
helpful information.
* Handle complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, finding the best possible
resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Purchasing and inventory management.
* Maintain a checklist of items, check for missing items, report and keep a strong eye for
alterations.
* Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness
of all guest rooms and public areas daily
* Adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
* Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock
of adequate cleaning supplies.
* To ensure that housekeeping staff always wear the correct uniform and name badges
whilst on duty.
* Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; plans for repair and/or replacement of
used and damaged equipment and furniture.
*Finalize necessary paperwork and documentation required by the area police department.
