Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement or buying, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing procurement requests and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
Review and verify purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents for accuracy and completeness.
Track the status of orders and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery times.
Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast procurement needs and address any supply chain issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, including inventory levels, vendor performance, and pricing.
